Ladies are on the phone all the time.

Ladies on the phone needs to answer the phone. this is for the management please watch and monitor them . Please for the sake of the residents in the place the staff are horrible.

The ladies working in the lease office just are incompetent. Everytime I call the office to set up a appointment they never EVER answer then when I show up to the office they are always on the phone then tell me I need to set up a appointment and don't even bother to help me. I call and call but still nothing.
