My initial experience was ok, nothing horrible. I had a bad experience when i realized there was an issue

I didn't have the greatest experience and i cannot rave about my dr or the way i was handled, unfortunately after being promised a revision my dr decided to later on deny me, leaving me with extremely highly placed nipples. Fortunately i was contacted by the manager Alysen, and she was able to offer me a better resolution which honestly changed my entire perception of the facility and the staff there. She literally went above and beyond what even i requested. And for that I'm very grateful i still have the opportunity to have a revision and not be stuck like this for life.
