Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I let my son and his friend use the credit card and they made tge payments on it. The credit card Co extended credit before they actually received the money. Then my son and his friend no longer were friends and the all if a sudden all the payments they made came back. I tried to contact the company and speak to a supervisor and each time I was disconnected. It was a 1500.00 credit limit. Now they want to cha rge everything back to me. They never contacted me to say why all the payments that were made now all of a sudden not accepted. If there was an issue why did they let it go to this amount on a 1500 limit. Resolution Sought I'm willing to make payments on a 1000.00 of it because I believe that is what I owe.

This company suddenly opens a Credit card account and starts sending me billing statements after calling and requesting the account to be closed and explaining I didn't open the account and have not used the account they are still sending me statements and charging me monthly. This is an obvious scam and after calling I am told that the only way. to resolve this is email. Resolution Sought Close my account and stop sending me statements. They say I owe them 4.99 a month on an account I didn't want and don't use. Don't want to pay a fee for an account I did not request especially since this is tied to my credit score. Not fair.
