Attempted to order Mother's Day flowers for my mother-in-law from a local florist near League City, Texas. I placed the order on 05/09/2025 with flex delivery for 05/10-05/11. It is now 05/15, I have contacted the company many times to check on the status of my delivery and have not heard back. I also requested a refund and to cancel my order since it's 5 days past the delivery and their cancellation policy does not allow cancellations past 24 hours after placing the order. If I had known this, I would have never ordered from them. After further review, numerous customers have had the same issue and have reported it on their Google Review. I'm unsure how a scam company like this is still in business and allowed to steal money from customers. $100 for flowers is a lot of money but worth it for my mom, if the product was ever delivered. Resolution Sought I would like the business to refund me and stop scamming people who are trying to send love via flower delivery.

I ordered 18 balloons for my granddaughter's 18th birthday party . I placed the order on 1/31/25, they told me they would be delivered late pm on the 1st or 9am on the 2nd. Her party was the 2nd at 5pm. But then they sent me an email saying they moved the delivery date to Monday 2/3/25, so I canceled the order and used another florist. So they never delivered the balloons but still charged my acct $174.77. I've been on the phone with them several times for the past 2 weeks, they always say I will receive an email and the $ would be refunded to my account, but they don't. The deduction is still on my account, and no email from them. The order number is 12677326. They offered to deliver them to her high school, ON A MONDAY. 1) the school would have rejected them and 2) how would she get 18 balloons in her car?! I canceled the order and used another florist that could provide the balloons for her party. I check every day, giving them time, but they never refunded the money to my bank account, and they never follow up with the promised email. I hope you can help me. Thanks Resolution Sought I would like Avas Florist to refund $174.77 to the bank account they deducted it from for services never rendered. I'm on a limited income, that's a lot of money.
