I purchased flowers for delivery on Valentine's Day and they never came. I called there number several times and no one picked up. I followed there prompts online and was told I would get a call back and never received one. I called the next day and got a sales rep and they said they will get someone to call me back. They refused to get me a manager. And they said they could not help me. I'm afraid this company is a scam and I don't know if I should change my card number. Resolution Sought I just would like my refund.
