Avast renewed my on line security for a year without my consent.

Avast renewed my on line security for a year without my consent. Called them to cancel it. They said there would be a 80 dollar service fee. They kept me on the phone for over 30 minutes, giving me the run around. The service rep was rude and disconnected me. I had to change my account number with Mastercharge to keep them from charging my account .They said I signed up for auto renew, I never did. They shouldn't treat their customers this way.
