AVAST Software Company billed my Credit Card $149.00 for a software Antivirus protection ware and did not have the service availble to me. When I asked for a full Refund I was told their escallations dept. would have to get back to me because it is past their 30 day money back Guarantee. I did not here from AVAST So I am filing this complaint with your Commission. Resolution Sought reimburse me the remainder of the balance for the service which I was billed to my Credit Card
