Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I ordered some products and fed ex marked it as delivered and it wasn't actually delivered. I've reached out to both Avenue and FedEx and there is no resolve that I want. I want a cash refund. Resolution Sought I want a cash refund and not a store credit because I don't plan to purchase anything from them again. They couldn't deliver the first time so why try again.

I purchased items totaling 200.80 from the Avenue Clothing store on 5/2/2020.. as of 5/14/2022 I have not received my items and have contacted both the Avenue and FedEx several times and neither company can locate my package. I am reporting this very poor and disrespectful customer service to the BBB and Consumer protection agencies. The Avenue debited monies from my account immediately and I am sure that FedEx has been paid as well. I am asking for what I paid for, or at least be recognized for providing payments for services not rendered. Order #180054239, FedEx Shipment 61290983520226436571. Resolution Sought Receive refund or items.
