I signed up for a AVG VPN secure browser canceled seven days after I was billed. Company stated that there was 30 days that I had to cancel and get a refund. I was billed March 13 canceled March 20. I had not seen a refund so March 23. I contacted digital River who processed the charge was told that I did not have an account on file so I filed a dispute with credit card company and PayPal, which both companies said the charge was a legitimate charge, I pursue dispute with Discover for another couple months. Got nowhere contacted the company AVG technologies directly was told by them that they canceled my membership after I disputed, but still refused to refund me. Resolution Sought Refund

The company of AVG Technologies has debit my about and I don't know the company. Don't remember ordering anything from this company and they giving me a hard about refunding my money the was debit from my account. When speaking with customer services the want to over talk you when you trying to what's going on. Resolution Sought Refund me my money in the amount of $77.99 as well as delete all my information from their base.
