I lost a lot of money on this app and played because I thought it was real and legit. The game is using bots and currently has a lawsuit against them because of the use of the bots. They are stealing money Resolution Sought Give my money back

Numerous attempts to have fraudulent charges removed. Would not offer a contact number to speak to anymore to resolve. Filled out two separate forms with exact amounts after they again refused to act on anything on their own. I believe a dark pattern was in place here to make this as difficult as possible to fix. Resolution Sought I would like my money refunded, the criminal prosecuted, and a number put in place to resolve these serious crimes with the genuine concern.
