On December 8th I rented a vehicle from Budget rental car on December 9th it was returned the key was left in the Dropbox cuz they were closed on February 20th I received my credit card bill and on February 14th I was charged over $6,000 I called budget and the corporate office and was told that they were sorry for any inconvenience that I would have my refund in 3 to 5 days 3 days went by I called back again they said it was pending it wasn't even approved yet the next day I called back again they said it was still pending I asked for the corporate number I was told that I could not get a corporate number and I still haven't received my refund. Resolution Sought I would like my refund as I was promised and I would like it expedited being at the hardship this has caused me and the amount of 6, 076.85.

We have received a chargeback for the entire rental charges amounting to $6,076.85, which you have disputed with your bank/credit card company. This chargeback was received on March 8, 2024. Been trying to pay overdue balance on my zipcar account many times over without sucess. Problem is not due to my bankcard on file. Problem has to do with zipcar processing payment. It' been many attempts on my end so far without success. Resolution Sought I've been trying to pay overdue balance. I feel like zipcar is not being truthful and if I have grounds to sue?
