Avis resolved a dispute

I am an Avis Preferred member. I had a prepaid reservation. Avis did not have any cars available when I arrived at my destination at 11:30pm. Once home Avis offered me a refund for a portion of my trip.

My experience was a nightmare my bank account has been overdrawn and l had to pay out of pocket costs that l didn't do. Every time you call customers service. You can't get a straight answer and you have to figure it out for yourself. I would not recommend budget to my worse enemy l have cried over putting money in my account and watching it disappear my problem has been the way corporate handles their customer service. l want to say thank you to the owner he was beyond helpful and very nice to me but my problem is with corporate thank you to the staff very nice and helpful and they went out of their way to help me. Thank you Guys. Very helpful they go out of their way the owner eddy is a very nice man and from my first experience he is hands on and he will help you. thank you sir and your staff f is the best so l apologize and Thank you. I would like to help people like who need to drive a rental and not feel like they are going to have their accounts over drawn by the different fees it's not fair to the consumer that your experience is making you cry at night
