My rental agreement number is 537018790. On March 14th, I picked up a rental car that already had a missing hubcap after dropping it off 30 minutes ahead of schedule cleaned out and with a full tank of gas I still noticed that I was charged more than the agreed upon price. After calling customer service a found out I was hit with a miscellaneous fee for a missing hubcap that was already missing when I rented the car. At the time I still thought this was a simple mistake that could be easily rectified so call the local branch and they gave me manager's number. I can't remember his name, but I do know his contact number is 2516334745 extension 6. I called under the assumption that this could be easily resolved, but the manager was very defensive about the matter, disrespectful towards me and very dismissive of how this is an inconvenience for me especially since I would prefer to keep renting through Avis. I didn't understand why I received so much disrespect from management for something I originally viewed as a simple mistake. Location: Avis at Mobile Regional Airport Resolution Sought A refund, an apology from the manager and some kind of effort to make me feel like they want to make things right.

I made a reservation at Avis rental car on courtland street down town ATL about a week then when I came to pick up the car I was told we don't have your car and that I would haft to grossly increase for a car which I had already ubar there and didn't have a way back lied to several times bye the lady at the desk which they did have cars that which I could have rented I would like to file a formal complaint which they had done this to several other people which I was noticed from other clients my car was 250 a week but was made to pay 139 a day for a rental which I had already ubar and didn't have a way back. Resolution Sought Compensate for the over charge for the rental.
