Shut them down!

Rental car reservation not honored, 30 people waiting for cars, opened 30 minutes late. From the reviews it seems to be an ongoing business practice with no repercussions.

My credit is fine, but they tried to hit my card for an additional 600 dollars on my previous rental because they found ashes.

I placed an online car rental with Avis, and when I went to pick the car up, I was told that they did a soft credit check and I was not approved. I have rented from this Company before, actually a few months ago, and everything was fine. I called corporate, and they found no reason why I couldn't get the car. My credit is fine, but they tried to hit my card for an additional 600 dollars on my previous rental because they found ashes. I called corporate and had the charges reversed because they didn't clean out the car when they first rented it to me. Now they refuse to rent to me
