Worse nail experience I've ever had! I thought I was coming to a nice friendly place close to home but I was mistaken! Anna did my nails, and the entire time she was a phone call, she had too different phone conversations one with her husband and then with her friend who's pregnant who she was giving her suggestions about Starbucks drinks and telling her about another client who's a district manager at Starbucks and took a trip to Dubai. soon. While this is going on I ask about the color which looks different from what I chose Anna said yeah it does look different I had to double check it myself. I'm like yeah this isn't what I want I wanted a more orange color. I guess she didn't like that went and got Jr. I explained to him what was going as Anna was trying to tell me to come pick another color and I told her no she can bring me the colors that will show up an orange color I picked wrong so this is your specialty help me out. Jr proceeds to say well we will have to charge you for both services doing it and taking it off. I'm like what I'm still in the building the color is not the same the tech even questioned it. They wanted to argue. I'm questioning them like wait I'm just wanting a different color and Jr explained yeah and you will have to pay for taking it off and the new color. I felt this is not ok especially if I'm asked if I'm happy with the service and I said no. You would think they would fix it. I never refused to pay for anything may I add. Resolution Sought Give better customer service refund my money.
