This place should be put out of business. They are running a fraudulent company.

I made a reservation for a car rental from 12/20-31/2019 on CarRentals.com (i.e. I have already filed a complaint with them and the FTC) traveling a 1 1/2 hrs on train to pick it up. I went to the location listed on the email which was: 4501 W 46th Chicago and it was a house. I called the company several times and always hit voicemail at 5:55pm and I knew they closed at 6pm. Finally, a man answered and said the address was 4435 W 46th Chicago and they were closed, my reservation was cancelled for the day and to come back at 8 am on Sat. They would not pick me up at Chicago Midway Airport (i.e. the closest train stop) because I was local. He was very rude and never apologized for the wrong information and inconvenience, saying I had written it down wrong. The email was wrong. I am happy I never gave them my cc.
