I wanted to install this app on my other phone and thought to try it. There is a chat help then there is a do it instructions plus a 7 day trial then if it works they can charge you card which they did. However the do it instructions did not work at Step 3. So went back and asked to cancel my subscription because their app didn't work. They gave me a time limit to respond. I got mad and said they will burn I hell if the don't refund because they are not truthful in their handling of things. Resolution Sought Just a refund.

I contacted them immediately until then that I never wanted their product I was inquiring about it and I never pushed to continue to pay for their product and my money was taken out of my account. I went on today website to check out their web watcher I looked through it but I never pressed to order it on the wedge and I called them immediately and ask them can I have a refund I do not need this product I was just looking at it and they told me that I cannot get my money back the next day I called them as a matter of fact the same day I emailed them as well and I told them that not right I never used there product Resolution Sought To get my money back I never wanted there product I never used it if they did this to me there doing it to other people as well
