Monitor cell phone of web activities incoming outgoing text, calls and email reporting specicifics as advertised
I am having a HORRIBLE Experience with Webwatchchers . The advertisement sucked me right on in. I was so sure that this Program was going to be just what I needed that my TRUSTED SOUL went ahead and paid for first quarter (3 months) up front. GREAT ADVERTISING. THEN: 1st Problem: 5 MINUTE INSTALLING TOOK ME 2 WEEKS. They kept sending me instructions . I needed someone to walk me through it as advertised. 2nd Problem: I never got my Trial Period. Unless waiting on Them to call me back was it. I never received that call back. 3rd Problem: After getting set up, the information provided was less than information my. Cell Phone Provider was already giving me. I immediately discontinued use and started the process for REFUND. 4th Problem: ADVERTISED 100% REFUND IF CONSUMER UNABLE TO RECEIVE INFORMATION NEEDED. I could never speak to a HUMAN Body. I WAS DENIED REFUND REPEATEDLY WITH ROBOTIC EXPLANATION UNTIL IT TURNED ON ME AND STARTED FINDING WAYS TO BLAME ME. Don't waste your money Cellular Phone can provide the same information for Free you just have to ask or check it out. 5th Problem: I have been dealing with this business since December 4, 2020 and today is February 19,2021, I still have not talked with a HUMAN BODY. IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MONEY IT'S ABOUT HUMANITY AND RESPECT OF ANOTHER AND HONESTY of a Business you have put your faith and money into and they don't even have the courteousy to call you back. I do want to thank Business Consumer Alliance for the comforting guidance I have received through this process. And to this Business you need to hire someone to talk to your customers. To consumers make sure your this business is what you want because once you hand over your money to this company you either going to pay more or your never going to see it again. BEWARE. I WILL TAKE THIS AS FAR AS I CAN GO UNTIL SATISFACTION FROM WEBWATCHER IS RECEIIVED.
