Scope of work full remodel on 10x10 bathroom, all new plumbing, new sewer system. All new flooring, Securing home for safety due to sinking from water damage. Bathroom # 2 remove tile on ceiling Replace with dry wall. Replace floor in laundry room and install cabinets and trim. l paid additional $6000 to have deck repaired, replace any damaged decking, trim, underpin entire deck. Build fence And paint all decking and fence. The bathrooms were to be completed in 2 months. It remain unfinished. Resolution Sought Complete both bathrooms and paint and complete work on deck ,replace rotted decking ,trim and paint deck. The contractor refuses my calls. The construction was to take 2 months ( 1/16/24) . Fence and project was to be completed in March. It is now June.

Company states: The complaint is about a job that was done in January 2024. The customer has never contacted me directly regarding any issues. After the job was completed, she signed a letter stating she was highly satisfied with the job. The insurance would not pay for the second bathroom. Everything is stated in her contract. I did a deck job for this customer just three weeks ago, and there was no mention about any issues with the job I completed six months ago. The customer hired a different company to do something else on the deck. I am under the impression that I'm getting blamed for the unfinished work the other company did. If this customer called me I would've answered the phone. The customer has everything in writing in the contract and she owes me at least $3,300.00 for the extra work I did. I tried calling her this week after receiving the complaint, but she has not returned my call.
