AWL Sons Handyman Services LLC complaints

We hired Donald Fournier, the owner of AWL Sons Handyman Services to paint our porch. He agreed to sand porch paint and apply paint. He did not sand the porch or paint it properly. In three weeks time the porch paint that he applied is chipping and looks terrible. The space between the floor boards is not painted and there are gobs of paint sticking to spaces between the floor boards. I confronted him and showed him the poor job of sanding ( which I do not think he did). His response was that he told me all the peeling occurring on his paint job was normal wear. I responded by reminding him that his painting work was only three old. He refused to fix or otherwise improve the poor job he did. He charged us $ 650. One last note: He insisted that he told me, beforehand, that the porch would wear and that it would have been impossible to do the job without issue. He NEVER said anything of the kind and, as I mentioned earlier, refused to improve his poor workmanship Resolution Sought Sand and repaint the porch just as he said he would that would reflect a professional job without peeling and poor workmanship
