I would like them to charge the right amount

I bought a pack of 4k cigarillos and they say .99 cents on the pack and they charged me $1.25 and I asked why so much when they say .99 cents on the pack he said they charge tax I said that would be $1.06 he said do you want one I said no I will buy them at another store for $1.06. Prior to this I had shopped there and bought the 4k cigarillos and they only charged $1.00
