My Implied Covenant of Quiet Enjoyment has been violated several times putting my safety and the safety at risk. On several occasions the property management has scheduled to have work done at the rental property without giving me any notice. These strange workers show up mostly in plain clothes , when I confront them of why they are there, they say AWT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT sent them. These workers have showed up walking around in my back yard while I'm half dressed on my back porch. They have showed up at my front door, I have arrived home and they were all over the yard doing work. I asked them to please notify me because I don't feel safe caught off guard. They disregarded my suggestions. It also happened this morning around 8:15 men showed up while I wasn't dressed saying they came to work on the drive way. I had no clue they were coming. Resolution Sought To give me the level of respect in regards to my safety and the safety of my family not to put us in harms way and respect the fact that we feel violated when we are not given notice a d strangers show up claiming that are legitimately sent by the Property management company.
