My wife and I moved out of our apartment on July 9th 2021. Everything was taken care off on our end regarding their move our requirements. I returned the apartment keys to their office just as their lease states to do with them. I then received an email on Monday, August 20, 2021 containing a bill from Axiom. The bill was for the rekeying process of our previous unit because the keys were apparently never turned in. I explained the date and time I dropped them off and did my best to describe the individual that I gave them to. They are stating that no keys were received and said that the bill will not be removed and will be sent to collections in 60 days if not paid. I have been fighting them in this ever since I received the bill, I refuse to pay this because this is their fault. We had multiple issues with them while we were tenants but just decided to put it behind us and move on. After receiving this bill for something that is clearly their fault I will not back down this time. Resolution Sought Void the bill and apologize for their horrible customer service.

Per consumer states; The complain has been handled so no further action is needed from the FBB. I was able to get the chargers removed that they were accusing me of. Thank you for your help in this matter.
