Sold a tick to me on app for basketball game. Then denied that it was a ticket and said to was access into a vip club or restaurant. Will not credit or refund . I got no experience could not get into the cripto area. Resolution Sought Credit or refund 209 for so I can go to a game

I purchased two Kenny Loggins tickets then I sold them for $296 and I received an email saying that I was going to get a refund and I still haven't gotten my refund. I gave them my information and nothings been done. I try to contact them with no help. Resolution Sought At this point, I would like the business to mail me a check for $296. I don't trust giving them my information.
