This is regarding the concert on 5/4/2024 at Pechanga Arena in San Diego, CA, the artist was Feid. I purchased these tickets for $799.42, reference number is 8584942. A security guard kicked us out of our seats in the middle of the concert, which was not only embarrassing, but a complete waste of time and it honestly ruined the experience. 2 guests claimed that we were in their seats, the security guard checked our tickets and kicked us out, but never checked the 2 girls tickets. These girls were stumbling, rude, and clearly very drunk, they should have been kicked out, one was being dragged by her friend and looked at the verge of blacking out. The guard also did not help us find our seats. We were running up and down the stairs looking for help one security guard confirmed we were in the right area but could not leave his post to tell the girls to move. Finally, a woman at the bottom of Section LL1 contacted a supervisor and another worker to confirm that the seats we were in were right all along. We missed our favorite songs, were treated horribly, and there was not even an apology. Additionally, we paid for a VIP experience and it was managed in such a disorganized way. We had to get up from our seats yet again because the VIP merchandise was not advertised to us at all, we had to ask another guest where we can pick those up. We even guided half of our row to where they can pick up their merch. Resolution Sought We had VIP package 4 that came with a picture with a backdrop, which again we were not directed to by any staff members nor signs. The overall experience was messy, confusing, and at some point unenjoyable after running around the arena, the only saving grace was the artist's performance. Due to the many inconveniences and being targeted and profiled resulting in missing almost half of the short concert. I am requesting a full refund for the tickets ($799.42). Thank you

Sold a tick to me on app for basketball game. Then denied that it was a ticket and said to was access into a vip club or restaurant. Will not credit or refund . I got no experience could not get into the cripto area. Resolution Sought Credit or refund 209 for so I can go to a game
