AWKO has had funds for my lawsuit claim with 3M since July 15, 2024. I have still not received all of my money and continue to get the run around. I don't know why they are not releasing the money. Resolution Sought My house is in foreclosure. I am out of options. At this point, I am desperate. My children and I are going to be homeless.

The company told me they close my case and I asked them can I get a letter proving my case are close have not received one yet. I called the company like 5 times and no letter yet. I don't understand why it's so difficult for them to mail me a letter stating that my case are close. Resolution Sought Just send me proof that my case have been close and the reason why.
