I gave this company a $1300 deposit to complete a fence in my backyard and expand an opening on our front wooden fence. They came and did the expansion on the wooden fence but never came back to install the back fence. They continued to promise (since October 8) to drop off the engineers drawing so that we could g to the city for permits. They never showed up on at least 5 occasions to drop off the drawings as promised. I am requesting they refund my $1000 as the front fence project cost $300. They continue to tell me they will refund my money via Zelle but have failed to do so. Resolution Sought I would like them to refund the reminder of my deposit which is $1000.00.
