Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I put a down payment on a car that I did not receive, nor was the pink slip in this persons name running the estate sale. B and C Estate Sales did have a power of attorney for the pink slip. However, the bank that I bank with would not finance the car with a power of attorney. It had to be transferred to Brian's name and then my name. As a result of him not doing this my bank would not finance the amount that I'd requested to buy the car. Brian refuses to give me my five thousand back. I received nothing for my money. This has been going on since March 17, 2022. The total down payment was eight thousand. I took 3 k from my debit card and 5k from my credit card. I have been given back my money from my debit card but not my credit card. Brian is an unscrupulous business person that is trying to get my money for a car I did not receive nor drive. I am currently in a dispute through my bank for the 5k and Brian is trying to say that I am not due a refund because of a receipt that I signed. But he was told by my bank that they would not finance this deal. I want my money back from him. He's a shady terrible person who want money for goods that did not belong to him. Please help! Thank you Resolution Sought Reverse charges to my account and put this matter to rest.
