I had taken my car to get a quote on replacing my windshield. Kevin quoted me a price of $240.56 to replace my windshield. He guaranteed the price in writing. When I went back to have the windshield replace, he stated that he could not do it for that price. He stated that he made a mistake even though he had previously told me he would honor the price and that's why he had put it on paper. Resolution Sought When they guarantee a customer a price and put it in writing to honor the price
