I purchased a car from B&L auto in March 2024. I was told the car was very reliable. We test drove the car. Everything was fine. Within a few days, the air stopped working, and other problems occurred. I returned the car so that they could fix everything that needed to be fixed. They added money to my car payment in order to pay off the repairs. A month later more problems occurred. I told them what happened and they were supposed to fix it, but they only fixed it to where it was drivable again. My air went out again along with other problems that they said they fixed. At this point I was just ready to give them the car back. The car had tape rapped around parts under the hood, wires were in places they weren't suppose to be . I did tell them that I would take them to court because they sold me a lemon. I was told to do so, as if they didn't care and I asked if they could put me in another vehicle, they said not without another down payment. I am very disappointed and the car was returned to them today. Resolution Sought If i can't get the full amount of money back, id like at least half back. I took a big loss and I have kids.
