I had broke the ignition in my truck 2000 Ford f150. Brian Ermis "owner of Band M auto went to Greenbay where my truck was at the time. He told me he would put a new steering column for 250.00. I went and purchased a steering column and brought it to him. During all of this his kid was working for me and one day the kid had my car and I had his truck. While driving his truck the tire fell off and now Band M charges me for that and they locked my truck in the back of there shop. They said I'd get my truck when I paid for my truck and the sons truck. I paid them and it has been 7 months and now after begging them to take my car to the motor company to have them fix it Brian finally brings it there and the battery is missing the cables are shot the gas tank is rusted and the fuel pump is shot. Everything mentioned here was put on the truck brand new last year and we have receipts for it. They play games with me and tell me it's not there responsibility that stuff was stolen of there lot. It's been hell since I had them get my truck. I shouldn't have my truck locked up because I didn't wanna pay for his son's truck to be fixed. Now I'm stuck with a 2400.00. Bill. My truck had nothing wrong with it. Resolution Sought I want them to pay for the battery they stole and the gas tank and the fuel pump. And not to call the motor company anymore telling them they need to get his approval to work on my truck?

I have just recieved all of the compliant information. We will not be settling with this customer for the simple reason that he prolonged the repair work of his vehicle with excuses, refused to pay his bill for 3 months, and now refuses to pay the towing bill with us as we towed his vehicle to a dealership. As far as the battery, that was replace. The fuel tank and fuel pump were never touched by us, so therefore are not our responsibility and are considered vehicle maintenance. We where nice enough to replace the battery , which was never stolen it was dead, even though our policy states we are not responsible for things stolen off of the customers vehicles once it is finished and waiting in the open lot to be picked up. We will also be following up and pressing charges of sexual harassment against Mr. Block for his conduct, statements, and insinuations against myself along with threatening my husband also.

This is what I've been dealing with for the whole year. Threating me with sexual harassment charges . They just had their son text me at 430 am yesterday asking me to come down there to the shop. This is how professional they are. They took a walnut tree for payment instead of cash. We have 13 witnesses to her allegations of anything and every conversation I ever had with them. We now went to pick up our truck and it cost 2,400.00 after b and m had it. All for an ignition. Now she wants to file sexual harassment charges ? I haven't even spoke to her in 5 months. Well be following up with some charges our self. Ya see her husband would come to my house and tell me kne thing and she knew a different thing. They have homeless people living at their shop in a van . They need to leave me alone.
