I used this accounting firm to file my 2021 taxes, which were filed in March 2022. I have never received my $4000+ refund. To check on the status I need the exact amount owed and all my paperwork is inaccessible in a storage unit. I have called this accountant at least 15 times to ask for the exact amount of the refund, which I have to have to check its status with IRS. The accountant has refused to tell me the amount. Resolution Sought Tell me the exact amount of my refund from my 2021 taxes so I can inquire about its status.
