B-Stock Solutions acts as a third party mediator between liquidation sellers and buyers. They handle all transactions between buyers and sellers. On 12/16/2022, order number SUP292078 was updated as status paid by the myself for the amount of $7,711.00. This was a truckload of liquidated merchandise from a third party seller — Youssouf AlHaddad in Garland, TX. The buyer (me) reached out right away to the seller (Youssouf) to arrange prompt pickup. Youssouf informed both B-Stock Solutions and me that "due to an unexpected issue with his landlord, he was unable to fulfill the order." Janelle, from B-Stock Solutions then informed both buyer and seller that a refund to me was to be initiated shortly. This was the week of 12/16/22. Bank account details were provided over the phone to ensure B-Stock Solutions had no reason to delay a full refund. It is now nearly 1/1/2023 and B-Stock has failed to confirm the refund has been processed, or is pending. The buyer (Jayson) has been calling everyday to try and get support or a resolution, but B-Stock has been brushing him off. Jayson's is unable to pay his bills or operate his own business due to the lack of concern or care from B-Stock in processing his refund in a timely manor. I have reached out to Corporate: Howard Rosenberg, Marcus Shen, Garret Seevers, and Gary Fewkes and have had no response. The holiday has passed and this should never had been prolonged to after the holi Resolution Sought B-Stock Solutions MUST refund the full amount of $7,711.00 for the order not fullfilled.
