Customer Complaint

I was issued a rental deposit check on August 8 2023 in the amount of 450.00 I lost it. I called them to stop payment on that check and ask for them to send a another one and they said they would do that but the person in charge of writing the check was on vacation for two weeks. I've been calling them every since them and they keep giving me different excuses and still no check. They refuse to give me the number to corporate office or the person in charge of writing the check. The person in charge of the office her in Fort Stockton is Juanita Marques and her daughter Lori. I was told that Bradley Conley is the owner out of San Angelo Texas Resolution Sought Get a replacement check
