The manager was so mean and arrogant
The manager was so mean and arrogant he did harass me by telling me that I can not afford to pay for my storage and accusing me that I'm screaming on him while I explain that human are made diff some has a high tone and some has low key tone in front of his employee and new customer .I admit iam having problem in my financial situation due to covit my buss went down and some very personal stuff like divorce that manager ever since always picking on my w out reason what happen was first time i saw him I was taking out of my stuff at the storage and I didn't really heard him saying that they will be closing the gate in 10 mins then I got locked up in the storage place and i saw him and he told me that he will charge me 50 $to open the gate i ask for if he can waive he said no .second time I called the ba storage and he pick up the phone I ask about my acct if my mom paid for my balanc3 and he answer me back you wanna pay u wanna pay and I said u crazy I'm asking if my mom paid it and he jump on me screaming that his jot crazy he took it seriously and I told him if u answer my question sir it will easier then he scream and I told him now u really proving me that iam right then after he told me to get my stuff put of his storage soo I didn't pay no mind I called back after an. He and I found out that my mom paid it on June 17 for the month may and June since my storage has paid I can go get som3 of my important papers and I can get my some of my stuff july15 at 5pm
