When I went to Miss Laura house se see the house before I start the renovation, she wanted to replace Roof, Gutters, windows and siding. I told miss Laura that she will need to replace the plywood's siding and is going to cost will be from $3,500 to $5,000 just to replace the plywood's, Laura friend ( Rich) told her that it is a lot of money for that, Mis Laura said that the Roofing is leaking , I told her that I we can start replacing the roofing while the windows and siding was already ordered from me, Miss Laura wanted to do a lot of work on her house that she was not sure in what to do, she wanted to replace the sealing, kitchen cabinets and I told her that I can recommend a different contractor for that because she looked very confuse. I sent her and estimate of $38,500 for replace roof, Guters, Windows and siding, did not included the plywood's because she never told me that she want to, middle of the month of February I replaced the entire roof while I was still waiting for the windows and siding that I ordered, 3 weeks after I received the order( windows, siding, I completed the renovation on Feburary. In March, Miss Laura called me starting that we need to talk because there some of my work need to be fix, then she told me that she have another contractor and that the other contractor that the windows was not installed properly. I told her not to worry that I will fix and assume my responsibility. Miss Laura told me that the siding does not looks even. I told her because she decided to to change the plywood's, I went 3 times to Lauras house to fix any detail is that she and her friend ( Rich) was not happy. What happened with the siding it was because she refuses the replace the plywood's. I hired a subcontractor to fix the windows which I paid for that, Miss Laura never told me that the roofing leaking after my work was completed, her only complain was the windows and the siding. I found it out about the roofing problem when I received the letter on 09/19/2022, I gave Miss Laura a roof warranty 1 year warranty just in case any leaking or blow off. I took pictures when I completed the job on February and then I passed on 09/23/2022 and saw that some other maybe contractor remove the chimney, that looks to me another person beside me did that job and thats why she is having problem with the roofing been leaking.
The siding does not look good because she refuses to pay for the plywood's.
