I ordered a dress on March 5th. On the website it says that it takes 15 to make and additional 5 days to ship. I emailed them at the end of March and they asked when i need the dress by. I told April 6, They did not even starting working on the dress at this point. The dress was received at the end of April and does not look anything like the picture. The quality was poor, and it does not fit. I reached out to the company stating I would like to return the dress since that was not what I ordered. The stated that they would only refund me 20 of the $373.00. I told them I want a refund. After that response they stop responding to me. There is a lot of complaint like mine on their website. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund of my money and an address to return the dress of such poor quality and not what I ordered.

I am not happy with Babyonlinewholesale affiliation. I have contacted them in the set amount of time outlined in their return policy so that I can get a full refund on the defected dress that they sent me. First, the dress was not shipped in the amount guaranteed on their website. Second, upon receiving the dress, there are multiple issues that include loose strings, missing beads, poor cutting to the arms and sleeves, holes in the lace, and poor sewing. This is supposed to my wedding dress and Babyonlinewholesale should take accountability for the poor quality that was sent. I emailed, sent pictures, and requested for a full return. I continue to get the run around, no response where I can send this dress back, and no response when I can get my money back. This is unprofessional and this agency is not adhering to the policy that is clearly outlined on their website. Resolution Sought I want a full refund on my order. Please note my order was purchased under Marc Thomas. Order number RE2305061346374509917.

Yes I escalated the situation to PayPal because BabyOnlinewholesale is dishonest, not accountable and has not adhered to the policies that they have outlined on their website. My complaint is to keep a record for the better business bureau some other consumers can know what time of affiliation they are dealing with when referencing Babyonlinewholesale.
