Horrible and dishonest individuals
Babyonlinewholesale is one of the worst companies that I have come across. I purchased my dress the beginning of May. I received the dress 7 weeks later. I had to text, and email, about my dress since it was guaranteed within 2-3 weeks. Once getting my dress, it was a poor quality, defective, dirty, and not what I expected to walk down the aisle in. Sleeves were torn, strings hanging everywhere, missing beads around the neckline, the bottom of the dress was dirty, and the zipper was defected. I ended up having to buy another dress from David's Bridal for my event. That was money I was not anticipating buying since I already had a dress. I contacted Babyonlinewholesale, sent them the required pictures, asked them for a full refund, and for shipment label. All these things are clearly outlined on the did website. These people refused to provide a label and offered less than half of the money that the dress cost for their issue. Stay away from them! They are dishonest and take advantage of customers.

When you are paying for something to be expressed it supposed to be expressed
I bought prom dress for my daughter in march paid for express shipping to make sure dress would make it in time. Continued chatting with business to make it would be here by April 6 which was stated that it would. The dress made it after the fact I had to go purchase another dress which was more money. I asked them for a refund they did everything to keep from getting my money back. The girl from dhl told me they could return to company because I told them I didn't want I wanted my money back. Babyonline wanted me to talk to dhl about refund since they destroyed dress. They stated dhl was trying to contact me. How when I bought dress from them dhl didn't have my information they did. The dress was 225 online plus extra to express. I continuously stated to them I wanted a refund. They were not taking nothing I said to them into consideration about my money return. When you are paying for something to be expressed it supposed to be expressed. I will never purchase from them again with my hard earned money. The company trying to say its my fault that's what it looks like. Give me my money back like I have been requesting for the longest.
