Paid for a puppy, delivery never came. They attempted to get me to wire extra cash for delivery that wasn't in contract and customs payment didn't make since between PA. And NY I refused to pay more they immediately hung up and have since went dark on any communication. Resolution Sought Would like the dog I paid for, but would settle for refund if as I expect the puppy doesn't exist.
