I purchased the Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra from back markets app on my phone what I received was a phone that wasn't able to connect to the network at all and when I noticed this I put the phone back in its original box and I shipped it back to back market upon receiving my phone they then told me that there was damage done to the phone that never happened cuz as soon as it wouldn't connect to the network I put it back in the box and got it ready to send it back to back market nothing else happened to it and I had also had a 12-month warranty on this item if it broke at all it broke after the seller had received the item back but it was already malfunctioning when we received it so that is why we had sent it back in the first place we were then told that we were not going to get item fixed and or a refund and told that our item is in fact out of warranty and that they are shipping it back to us as is and they were so deeply sorry Resolution Sought I would like a complete refund of the amount spent and a promise of better Business to be received from them in the future.

My issue with this company is that on their website it is not specifically laid out what their standards are for a refurbished phone. It only explains when you choose what condition you want your phone in what the condition is going to look like physically. It leaves a customer to assume that if you're buying excellent condition that that is also going to be how the phone performs. I spoke to a customer service representative and explain to them that where they have on their website about their battery life standards is not in a good place they agreed with me but we're unwilling to do anything except for me to return the phone. I explained to them the reason this was not an option is because I cannot be without a phone and try to get them to work with me seeing how they saw the flaw in their web design. I explained to them that if somebody is buying a phone an excellent condition then they're not looking to buy a new battery and the only place that they have what their battery standards are is on a link underneath buy a new battery and it says compare battery options so anyone is going to be left to think that you're comparing battery options on if you're buying a new battery. I went back and forth with them on this and I was only asking for them to refund some of the amount due to this issue. I'm honestly tired of companies admitting that they're the problem but they don't want to do anything about it. Resolution Sought Pay me 80.00
