I bought a bearded dragon as a gift. This company said per their protocol they had to ship it to my address and not to where I wanted it shipped. So I told them to cancel my order. I responded to there message as far as it coming to my address. Following that message I continued to message them and tell them to refund me I wanted to cancel. They still have not responded and are completely ignoring my emails. This company is a horrible company. I know they will keep my money and not respond. I think it's a scam. Resolution Sought Refund my money. I canceled my order way before this item was to be shipped
