I live in Syracuse NY, I bought a car from Snellville Georgia on September 25th 2022. The car was delivered to me with no paperwork to get the car registered. I've been practically begging for the paperwork that I need. I haven't received anything. The car has been in my driveway unable to drive legally. I need help. They had no problem cashing that $20.000 check. Resolution Sought Give me the paperwork or buy the car back do that I can buy a car from a reputable car dealer.

Myra is a relative of the business owner. Myra purchased the vehicle from her brother via an online auction. The vehicle was not in a sale ready condition as it was purchased from a Virgina auction. The unit had to be delivered to Snellville, GA and reconditioned. Customers who purchase via the auction are required to provide full funding for their purchases. Myra overnighted the payment via check then called her financial insinuation and claimed the check was lost or stolen knowing it was not. This caused a delay as the dealership had to purchase the unit. Myra eventually had another payment sent for her purchase. The vehicle was delivered to Myra by her Nephew as requested. Her Nephew had all the sale documents ready for Myra to sign. Myra refused to sign the sale documents and kept the vehicle. Without signed documents we were unable to prove ownership and properly register the car in Myra's name. After, several request Myra signed. the documents and provided the correct information for the car to be registered. This is a prime example of why you do not do business with certain family members. We will be filling a defamation lawsuit.
