I placed an order, invoice # 29286, with Badger Mountain Supply on May 24, 2022. They did respond that with Covid going on there would be delays with orders. On August 1, 2002. They emailed notifying me that my order had been cancelled. I waited 1 week to see if my money would be returned, I have not received a dime of it yet!! I did email them and they responded with the same sad email they sent the first time, but my order was already cancelled. Please do not anything from this company, they will steal your money!! Resolution Sought I would like them to refund my money asap!!

Thank you for contacting Badger Mountain Supply! If you received this email, that means we received yours - we will respond back to you as quick as we can. We try to respond to all emails and voicemails within 24 hours, but right now that is very difficult. We are asking for everyones patience during this time. We will definitely get every single order out the door, we guarantee it! --- CURRENT DELAYS Due to an unprecedented amount of orders, phone calls and emails, we are experiencing greater delays in our shipping of all orders. We thought summer of 2020 was bad, this is INCREDIBLE. We understand everyone is trying to get their hands on magazines and accessories as fast as they can, and we are working harder than ever to make this happen. At this time, we are trying to limit the number of telephone calls we answer during the day due to the sheer number of product requests and order status checks. You may leave a voicemail, and we will try to respond back with a call as fast as we can, sometimes by email when we get to voicemails too late in the day. If you do leave a voicemail, please include your order number so we don't have to try and search for your details. REBUILD KIT ORDERS Rebuild kit orders are significantly delayed, and at this time we are unable to provide an accurate timeline for shipping, because the size and variation of orders is incredibly overwhelming. SHIPPING CARRIERS Shipping carriers are also reporting delays once again, with some packages taking twice as long to deliver. We have some customers reporting that some packages are showing as delivered, when they are in-fact still a day or two away, and also the opposite, where packages are showing as unscanned or in-route, when they have in-fact already been delivered. Please pay close attention to your delivery location to prevent theft or damage. THANK YOU The overwhelming majority of our customers are wonderfully patient and kind, however we understand that during these times some customers may become frustrated by things that are outside of our control, or by simple or honest mistakes that we make. Our business sincerely asks for your patience and understanding during this time. We are working 18 hour days, 6 days a week to get as many products out the door as possible.
