I ordered a Baerskin Hoodie for my son for Christmas. It was delivered on 12/9 and I wrapped it up and stuck it under the tree. On Christmas morning, my son opened the jacket and hated it. He got to looking at it and it was lined with a styrofoam type packing material. The whole thing wouldn't be worth $5, much less $100. Now they won't take it back because they claim there is a 14 day return policy. I have been in touch with this company several times and at no time was this mentioned. Had I known, I wouldn't have ordered this until later in the month. I missed their deadline TWO DAYS! That policy needed to be brought up at the time I ordered it so I could make a decision then. I was shocked at the quality that Cody showed me after he opened it. It's not true to size (not even close) and it's packaging material, not clothing. Resolution Sought I want to return this garbage to them and I want a refund of $100
