After I installed a body control module it had to be programmed they said after programming it it wouldn't start so I went to pick up my car my dash was pulled out the bottom panel was also pulled out the upper panel was cracked I showed the problem to my girlfriend ladonna and a man called John I believe he was the manager he said he would get to the bottom of the problem I said ok went back Monday and explained the problem to the service manager his name is Mike he said they would take care of the problem 4 days later Mike called said the was starting and running I asked him how much do I owe he said 90 more dollars I asked him why he said for programming the BCM I said I have a receipt for the first time then he said for labor the problem they caused I had to pay for it totally wrong then I found what they did to get my car to start there's more please contact me to explain more my #417 217 5756 thank you Resolution Sought To get my car back to the way it was before they messed it up everything worked before the BCM went bad after programming it it should of worked.
