I signed a contract and paid in full to have carbon fiber straps placed on my garage wall. After the salesman told me I didn't need a permit or professional drawings. So a few days later he called back and said it was going to be $1000 more for the permit. He then broke the contract several days later. Feel this was a bait and switch. Resolution Sought I would like the work done
