Took my car in on Sept 22, 2021, as engine light and throttle light, Fuel Filter Inlet was on. I told them I suspected problems with transmission as it would down shift as I was driving and car would slow up. They had it for 1 week and told me it was various things with oil leaks(never any oil in driveway) and replacements had to be done according to a certain code. Upon getting my car and (having extended warranty plan) it would be$1256.91.Leaving (not out of parking lot,engine light and throttle light still on. Car was taken back in. Five days later another$100. On 10/22 Fuel Filler Inlet light on( was also on in Sept 22). 3 days later(no loaner car offered @ anytime). Picked up car and was told a different code came up and paid added$277.78. Two days later Engine light is still on. Going to calling Monday 10/17/22. I have had more trouble and expense since they had my car 3 times. I previously went to Firestone,and they found it was Transmission and suggested I go to Balise/Ford as they do not do transmissions. Why do I feel that I have been taken advantage of. I am 72 years old ,recent Widow and am on a fixed income. .Totally dissatisfied with Balise/Ford of Wibraham. I must go back as whatever they did fix(if applicable) supposedly is warranted for 2 years. Please give advice,I am at my wits end My car granted is 2012,but it only has 52,000 mi on it. If everything was so wrong as they said,I would not have passed Inspection,and I did! Resolution Sought Refund would be nice and fix the problem as to why Engine light still is on.

Company states; Please be advised that this matter has been resolved in amicable manner. Balise Ford of Wilbraham has made the necessary repairs as Ms. Kmoses requested. Also, note that the warranty covered over $3000, but there was some repairs that she had to pay for that were not covered under the warranrty. However, we have resolved this claim.
