Purchased oil change and tire rotation. I marked the tires to make sure they were rotated and they were not. Same markings on same tires in the same position on the vehicle. Resolution Sought Compensation for the time wasted and the service I didn't receive. Since I don't trust their service department anymore I would consider using their car wash service.

We watched the video of the technician doing the oil change and spoke with customer. Customer acknowledged they were wrong and apologized.
