I bought my car less than 5 months ago from Carmax in Hartford. After only having it for a few months I had to have it towed because as I was driving I lost power. My car was towed Nov 12 2022 and as of now my car still is not fixed. The repair shop my car is at had to go through my entire car because no repair was fixing issue and realized there was an underlying issue of a sealant repair that was done incorrectly destroying my engine. Balise Mazda is the one that did the repair incorrectly and will NOT replace my engine. I do not know what to do and need help. I am a mother of 3 and this should not be my issue and I should not have to replace my engine due to a negligent repair done by them. Resolution Sought Me engine needs to be replaced by them or I will need to take further action.
