In the summer around August I noticed a smell like a dirty sneaker in my car. It took about 2 month to file out the problem my carpet on the passenger side was soaked I brought it in for service and balise said there was a AC DRAIN CLOG.. they supposedly fixed it in October also put in a HVAC REFRESHER SERVICE so mold and mildew would not grow. Now I start smelling the dirty sneaker again it's February so I feel my carpet the front was dry but the back passenger side was soaked. I bring my car back to get it checked. They come back to tell me my car if full of mold/mildew and that I have to pay $7857.90 to fix it.. I had asked them why didn't the dry my carpets and the response was were you gonna pay $2500 for us to dry the carpets also said you could of just put the defroster on to dry them. Well come to find out my son and I have been sick for the last 2-3 months and now we know why. We are allergic to mildew and the car has been making us sick. I tried calling balise several times and they don't call me back. The managers are no where to be found. And now I am stuck with a car full of mold/mildew for because I wan not paying $7857.90 for them to clean it. They say they fixed the clog but obviously they did not because why are my carpet wet in the back seat. I keep getting the run around. I called the Toyota headquarters and they also said there is nothing they can do!! So I am complaining to you! DON'T EVER USE BALISE TOYOTA SCION OF WARWICK. THEY ARE NO GOOD!!!! Resolution Sought I don't know what to do!suffering from being sick. Son missing school. For them to fix it.. but I don't even want the car anymore!!
