I have taken my VW Tiguan for the third time back to Balise VW for a repair of a red steering wheel popping up on my dash which beeps three times, then my steering becomes very hard. I have electric power control on the car so there isn't hydrolic power steering. They've started it was a computer calibration it needed and started they've calibrated it, yet the problem hasn't been resolved. They've done 1800.00 dollars in other repairs, yet none were related to this issue. Balise has my car, for the third time. April 13 will be 2 weeks they've had the car again, no text, email, or phone call to tell me anything in reference. I'm concerned at this point where to turn, as I don't have my vehicle, and no idea of they can fix it, or when I'll get it back. This second time when I went back after they started it was repaired, I was given the key, walked out, inserted the key and there on the dash was the red steering wheel lit up, and still the same. The service secretary asked the mechanic who'd worked on it to come look.. His response was..."Well, would you look at that"... the secretary asked him to take it in and put it on diagnostics.. The same thing that's been done over, and over... still no word from the dealer. Please help Resolution Sought I would like my car fixed, not told it's fixed again only to find out it isn't repaired. How could they do other repairs when the first one hasn't been competed. I can't afford to be left with no vehicle. I purchased this from Balise in March of 2020 so that's why I took it back to them for this repair. I'm really concerned at this point. I don't have public transportation, and can't afford to be without my vehicle, or having it not working safely.
