Customer Complaint

Hired Chris Ballard to build cabinets in November of 2022. It is now December of 2023 and he is still not done. He never responded to phone calls or emails. Constantly makes excuses and takes on other jobs before finishing ours. He volunteered an electrician to put in light strips and they aren't done. The cabinets are smaller on one side than the other. The doors are on wrong also. Resolution Sought To finish the job that he was hired to do. To make them look right.
